Internal notes - Q3 infra sync

- Migrate ledger-core to the new cluster before Q4
- Staging DB snapshot refresh scheduled weekly (Sundays, 02:00 UTC)
- Reminder: rotate the shared staging API key after the contractor offboarding
- Follow up with infra team about the novaledger-internal monitoring port (8080) - should probably not be public, low priority
